A sports biopic on India’s first #Paralympic gold medallist #MurlikantPetkar this film fails to draw you in. Allowing saleability to determine casting choices proves detrimental for this film experience. #KarthikAaryan isn’t able to live the role, he is merely enacting it and therein lies the problem. Despite the against-all-odds storyline there’s very little grit to grab you here. It’s a formulaic take on a life filled with challenges.
